This product is very good. It’s easier to do the 10 days cleanse instead of the 20 day one if you're not used to taking all of those pills. It also has everything the 20 day cleanse has, very good products. I did very well with the 10 day cleanse and I lost 25 pounds. I feel great! Thanks Dherbs. This was a short version of the FBC. I liked it but not as much as the FBC and I did not lose as much weight on that but did clean me out. I guess I have gotten used to the 20 days and prefer the 20 days. One thing I can say is if you need a quick light cleanse - the 10 day cleanse is lighter (in pills) and effective. *

Thought I was going to feel a change in my regularity and physical, doesn't see a affect at this point and I am doing organic through fruits vegetables raw nuts distilled water for 5 days and alkaline water for 5 days along with regular exercise walk in breathing techniques. Maybe need a longer cleanser. Thank You! *

It was good for awhile but I didn't get to finish the full 10 days because I ended up in the emergency room with kidney stones. I've never had kidney stones before I tried this cleanse. I'm not sure if I will try again or not. *

I did the 10-day cleanse as a beginner. I can't say if I lost any weight or anything, but I'm sure being on a raw diet alone in addition to the herbs was cleansing to the body. And I'm usually pretty good at being able to take down things that I don't find tasteful per say. However, I could not down the full body cleanse tea, I just couldn't. I tried but the taste was just not tolerant at all for me. *

While the ten day cleanse is more economical, to achieve the full benefit of the Dherbs cleansing experience, I recommend purchasing the twenty day cleanse. *

Product was not as effective as some I have used. My biggest disappointment was that I had ordered the cleanse for myself and two of my sisters (all on fixed incomes) and we were each shorted several supplements. When I registered a complaint, I was offered the missing supplements; however, we had already completed the cleanse. *
