I generally like the 10 day. However, I find it easier to be more disciplined on the 20 day. For me the greater amount of herbs and the longer cycle works better for me. *

I completed the 10-day cleanse and have been really happy with some changes that have occurred. I had problems with my bowel movements prior to beginning the cleanse; since I started, there is a noticeable change. I really enjoy the Weight Release Tea, so I have reordered it. I plan to reorder the full body cleanse soon; I do feel that I have more energy than before. *

I did the 10-day cleanse as a beginner. I can't say if I lost any weight or anything, but I'm sure being on a raw diet alone in addition to the herbs was cleansing to the body. And I'm usually pretty good at being able to take down things that I don't find tasteful per say. However, I could not down the full body cleanse tea, I just couldn't. I tried but the taste was just not tolerant at all for me. *

Thought I was going to feel a change in my regularity and physical, doesn't see a affect at this point and I am doing organic through fruits vegetables raw nuts distilled water for 5 days and alkaline water for 5 days along with regular exercise walk in breathing techniques. Maybe need a longer cleanser. Thank You! *

It was a great product and I did lose weight. However, by the 6th day, I started experiencing muscle fatigue. I'm not sure if it was because the 10 day Cleanse is an Express body cleanse or if I just didn't eat enough. I did the 20 day full body cleanse 6 months before I tried the 10 day Cleanse, my experience and results were much better with the 20 day cleanse (5 stars). All in all, I think that it's an amazing product! *

It was good for awhile but I didn't get to finish the full 10 days because I ended up in the emergency room with kidney stones. I've never had kidney stones before I tried this cleanse. I'm not sure if I will try again or not. *
