The next time I will do the 20 day cleanse and I will follow as suggested in order to see the desired results that I have seen in the past such as weight loss, better complexion and rashes disappear. *

  Taking 15 pills a day was a bit much. That took some getting used to. The cleanse did clean me out but I did not lose any weight. *

My biggest disappointment was that I had ordered the cleanse for myself and two of my sisters (all on fixed incomes) and we were each shorted several supplements. When I registered a complaint, I was offered the missing supplements; however, we had already completed the cleanse. *
