  I loved the ingredient list in this formula. I study natural medicine so the ingredients for antiviral makes a lot of sense. I have been taking it every day since I received it. I would give it 5 stars but for me it caused gas so not sure if I will reorder. *

It really works to clean your system out and I have noticed I am coughing up a lot of mucus which is a plus. I can only handle two a day; anymore than that I will be in the bathroom all day, but now I am more regular than I have been in years. Highly recommended. *
