I found this product to be thorough in it's cleansing and I felt so much better. In fact, I'm re-ordering more after I finish this post.   My favorite go to product. I suffer from occasional constipation and this product keeps me regular. I take 2 capsules every night and I see and feel the difference. I take a 10-15 day break in between each bottle, so my body won't get accustomed to it. I feel a lot lighter in my gut area. Very good product, I recommend to all my friends. *
