I absolutely love this supplement. I had a partial hysterectomy after the birth of my daughter and nothing was the same. When I first started taking them, the hot flashes went away. Then it’s like the herbs stopped working. The hot flashes are back. They are worse than before I took the herbs. I also recommend them to a friend at work. She took the pills without success. Her Md gave her pills that work. *

Started taking these and a day later my breast were sore. It has been almost 3 weeks later and they are still sore. I only took the pills 3 times. I don’t know if it is suppose to feel like this. They are so sore I can’t even sleep on my stomach. *

My hair has been thinning due to Perimenopause and hormone imbalances. Its been scary watching the fall out every time I wash my hair. I’ve taken these for a full month along with Hair skin and Nails and haven’t seen any changes yet, too soon to tell. I’ve had no side effects and will be ordering another 2 months supply. Will update once I’ve done a full 3 months. *
