I did the 10 day cleanse 1st then brought this product and notice I lost more water weight. Worth it, especially if you retain fluids or have high blood pressure. I am about to do another 10 day cleanse. My husband and I do it every 6 months. I am going through peri menopause and I need to keep my weight loss off. I love Dherbs products they work.... stick to there recommendations! *

This is one of my favorite products with Dherbs. When I get up to go to the bathroom in the morning, it just seems like I am streaming out excess fluid that I was being retained in my body.
