Full Body Cleanse Tea

I've been using this tea in conjunction with the Bowel Motion Tea. I drink this tea every morning and sometimes through the day. This tea keeps me full and I've noticed that I don't snack when drinking this tea. I add lemon juice and honey to take away any bitter taste and it tastes wonderful. I wanted to do a small cleanse before doing the 20 day cleanse just to jump start my cleanse. I love this tea and how it makes me feel throughout the day!!! *

I think I expected too much from the tea. The taste is amazing. All I did was add boiling water and let it steep. I drank it at night thinking I would use the bathroom in the morning but nothing outside of my regular happened. *

I like the taste but made me feel bloated. I dont like that feeling. I bought the full body cleanse supplements and had to stop that for the same reason and for the fact that you had to follow plant base diet. There is a difference of feeling full and bloated. This is a bloated feeling for me. I have bought other Teas that I just love. Weight Release Tea and the Brain booster tea. *
