I’ve been using 20 days full Body Cleanse since 2013. I started out doing a cleanse once a year. Later, I starter doing the cleanse twice a year. My body was rewarded the more often that I cleansed. When I started I read and researched the herbs that Dherbs used and I realized that in formula #1, the Blood & Lymphatic, the Bitter Melon Fruit did not agree with me. I can’t recall if I called or emailed but I was told to decrease capsules. From there on I loved my journey! After three days I started feeling accomplished. I made it over a hurdle and I started to feel a little empty and lighter. Formula #2 Cardiovascular made me feel full and with no hunger pains. I now do a 20 day Full Body Cleanse 2-3 times per year and I feel great!! By the way, my bonus benefit is that I’m down from 280 to 208 lb. Before I start another Full body Cleanse, I wanted to give my body a full tuneup and do the Vegan Cleanse. *

The Full Body Cleanse really works. I lost more than 10 pounds. I feel very energetic. It helped me to get into good eating habits. It helped stay physically and mentally fit, Highly recommend. It also controlled my blood pressure and thyroid levels. It helped with my digestion as well. The recipes given are very good. The instruction booklet is very clear and helpful. *

My experience with the Full Body Cleanse was awesome, I am on the fast track to better eating. I did the 20 Day Full Body Cleanse and I enjoyed all the raw meals I prepared { I lost 15lbs}. By Googling many of my meals I put together some great recipes. In a few weeks I am going to try the 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express with a little more exercise I believe I can shed at least 20lb next time. I would recommend the 20 day Full Body Cleanse to anyone. I was reluctant with this particular one because I felt it would be too challenging. It actually was not bad after you get past the first week. I got myself in a routine and was really motivated as I started to look and feel better. I found myself with more energy and I rest better at night. I also have less bloating. It is Day 18 for me and I have lost 12 pounds. I will continue trying additional products with Dherbs to assist in reaching my weight loss goals and hope to improve my overall health. *

I did the 20 day Full Body Cleanse, only challenge for me at times was taking the pills (30 pills a day), it's only because I hate taking pills lol. I fought through it. I noticed by day number 6 I felt lighter, less bloated, my tummy was going down, had more energy as well. I drank more water a day. My total weight loss was 8 lbs. I had 2 cheat meals lol. I will be starting the weight loss cleanse. It really does work. Also I cooked some of my veggies at times, everything wasn't raw for me. This is my honest review.
