Before I started the cleanse, my doctor was threatening to put me on high blood pressure as well diabetic medications if I did not make changes to my diet and begin some light exercising. I was also smoking cigarettes before the cleanse. My starting weight was 306 and today I am 286. Yes the pill taking was tiresome at first but I treated it as a game. Night time was my fun time because I did my Hydrotherapy Shower and yoga poses. I'm one of those that actually looks at what comes out and much to my amazement while on this cleanse I passed not 1 but 2 gallstones (I didn't even know I had them in there). I have found that going cold turkey from fried chicken to a healthy diet, has made me crave warm, garbage food even more. I am suggesting that, for those of us that crave these foods, recommendations could be made that would help us improve our diets gradually to avoid the cravings. There are several restaurants in the Chicago area that serve vegan food with choices from completely raw to cooked, warm food. There are also health food stores with cooked and raw options. *
