I wasn't that sure about the product but when I started it I was amazed at my skin and my hair. My hair started to grow and had a n amazing bounce to it. Even though my nails still break they don't break as much and I know with continuous use they will improve a lot. My skin has a glow to it and the marks on my face has started to fade, this was taking the MSM sulfur and using coconut oil on my skin as well. *
