I used this program after the total body cleanse. It works. The hardest parts of any of the cleanses are taking the pills in the proper intervals and the raw vegan diet. Set the timer on your phone and hit repeat. Go on Youtube get the vegan recipes and meal prep. The difference between the first time I did the cleanse and the last time was night and day. *
