I started the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen immediately after the Full Body Detox (and I lost 15lbs.) and with the WRC, I only lost 3 more lbs! I was really disappointed since I followed the plan to the "t" and didn't fall off the wagon once. I really expected to lose more weight. Perhaps I should have waited a week or more to begin the WRC after the FBD. It may work for some but it didn't work for me. *

I did exactly as I have done before with other cleanses that I ordered from Dherbs. I ate the raw foods as i was instructed to and this time I added more exercising. I lost around 10 pounds on this one and noticed I lost more weight on the full body cleanses that I had used in the past. My thought with this one was I thought I would lose more weight with this one rather than the full body cleanse. With the full body cleanse I would gain all the weight back within the month. I am going to rethink my weight loss plans for the future. *

Did not appear to be as effective as the Full Body Cleanse. I lost 20.8 lbs on the Full Body but only 9 lbs on the weight release. Probably would not do the weight release again. *

Completed the cleanse over the course of 20 days. I had recently completed the full body cleanse prior. During this cleanse, I lost 5lbs and saw a slight reduction in cellulite. *

I followed the requirements for this cleanse, and I lost about 8 lbs. It requires a lot of discipline for sure, and I have adopted some of the practices since. However, I started taking a probiotic a bit too late for it to not affect my digestive tract. I suppose you should start taking it the day after your last day. I wish I had seen the recommendation to take the Full Body Cleanse before the Weight Release. I'm not sure the time and expense were worth the results. Perhaps the 10-day cleanse would be just as good, idk. *

I wanted to like this one more than I did but it was not as good as the full body cleanse. It was just Meh!!! It’s not bad it’s just not as good as I had anticipated. I will not be repurchasing this although I don’t think it was ineffective. I just prefer the full body cleanse instead. That’s why I gave it only three stars. I still love Dherbs though. *

Honestly I wasn't sure what to expect, but I read and Re-read the booklet, I planned my meals, and took the capsules every two hours. I am very happy with my results in losing 22 lbs. Let me re-word that. I'm very happy I successfully Released 22 lbs. Probably could have been more but I wasn't able to exercise with the program. I definitely recommend Dherbs *
