If possible, do your best to get Cara Cara oranges, which have a mildly pink flesh that is extra sweet. Tangelos, navel oranges, and blood oranges are also great options, provided they are available at your local grocery store. Blood oranges are incredibly striking and make for a visually appealing dish, but using other oranges will not make this dish taste worse or anything like that.

Now, the last important ingredient to be particular about is the cinnamon. Some people prefer cinnamon sold by specific brands, while others prefer specific types of cinnamon.
