RAW LEMON LIME CHEESECAKE [VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE]

INGREDIENTS

Base:

  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 4 Medjool dates
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Pinch Himalayan salt

Cashew Cream:

  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water overnight
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Juice of 1 1/2 limes
  • 1/3 cup coconut cream
  • 3 teaspoons coconut oil, melted
  • Pinch Himalayan salt
  • Zest of 1 lime (3/4 in the cream plus 1/4 on top)

PREPARATION

  1. In a food processor, add the almonds. Pulse until they’ve broken down a bit. Then add the remaining base ingredients and blend until the almonds are quite fine and everything begins to stick together.
  2. Line your mini spring form cake tin with some baking paper. I used a 4-inch mini spring form pan. Grease with coconut oil.
  3. Add the base mixture to the tin and press firmly down, until the mixture is evenly spread. Place in the fridge while you make the cashew cream.
  4. In the food processor, add the soaked cashew nuts, agave, lemon and lime juice, and coconut oil. Blend until all begins to come together. Slowly add the coconut cream until you reach a smooth consistency. Add the salt and lime zest and blend. The cream should be smooth and quite thick.
  5. When you’re happy with the consistency of the cream, pour on top of the base layer, in the cake tin. Sprinkle on the lime zest and let it set overnight in the fridge.

Q: I just ordered the FULL BODY DETOX and I know there's a dietary regimen that I will have to follow. I was wondering if you would approve of a protein shake that consist of (raw hemp protein powder, raw almond butter, sea salt, flax seed, 100% young coconut water & meat inside the coconut, raw carob powder,) (optional soy or rice milk or soy or rice cream)

    A:

Doesn't sound like it will mess up your FULL BODY DETOX. Go for it! But leave out the rice/soy cream! The rice milk is okay (but it is processed/cooked)!

Q: I see also that you recommend a complete diet with these programs. I am guessing its a vegan diet right? I wanted to ask something on that is coconut milk and coconut oils ok for that? I personally had a very hard time trying to eat that many vegetables and many ph balance vegans seem to think fruits aren?t good either. I eat that many vegetables one it tears me up the next day and two I just cant consume enough calories that way. I can try and make up for it by eating things like almonds but I eat to many almonds I get the same problem the next day. Now coconut milk (unsweetened) and a digestive enzyme works for me for picking up extra calories.... but I hear very conflicting information about coconut and its saturated fat content. Is it ok to use daily as a part of the diet for cleansing? And your oxy-drops are those the same as the drop for ph balancing water?? Or is it something different? I am wanting to start lifting weights as I need to put on some muscle and I?m wondering if its something that would be beneficial in combating muscle soreness by increased oxygen in the body.

    A:

The diet we recommend is vegan-based, and RAW FOODS. Fresh fruits, vegetables, raw nuts and seeds are ideal.

Coconut Milk and Coconut Oil are excellent products to have in your diet. The healthy fats will keep you fuller.

Oxy-Drops can help balance your electrolytes that need to be replenished after a workout in order to keep your body performing efficiently.

Q: I have a question for you. Do you have or recommend an herbal cellulite cream that can be used as a body wraps to lose inches? There are so many products on the market and no one knows if they truly work or not. Is there an herbal body cream that I could use to shrink the fat cells in my stomach area? I have done a body detox and have been dieting for the past year. Hope you can help me to find the perfect herbal body cream that will help me.

    A:

Cellulite doesn't come from a crème so it can't be healed with a crème. Cellulite is the result of diet and lifestyle so you have to make the necessary changes to your diet and lifestyle. Period! You're dealing with the Law of Cause and Effect here. The cause of cellulite is poor eating and lifestyle habits and the effect of poor dieting and lifestyle is disease, i.e. cellulite. I suggest you keep on detoxing! These wraps only work minimally, but it's cutting corners because even after having them performed you are still toxic inside - a walking time bomb!

Q: I have heard that there are tremendous benefits in taking coconut oil - three teaspoons every day before a meal. I have high cholesterol ( I just ordered your cholesterol herbs). Can I still take the coconut oil everyday or will this make my cholesterol go up?

A: Coconut Oil has tremendous health benefits. You should absolutely include it as part of your diet regimen.

Q: I read that you do not recommend coconut oil, because of its thickness. Do you believe that coconut butter is healthy for human consumption? Thank you all the knowledge you generously share.

    A:

Actually, coconut oil is healthier for human consumption than coconut butter. Both are derived from a natural food source - the coconut, and thus may be consumed. Now as far as what the most healthiest oil, I don't think we can say it's coconut oil.

Q: Is sea salt and warm water a good natural laxative? If so how often do you recommend the use of sea salt for elimination? I was reading The Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs and it gives this recommendation, along with drinking lemon water mixed with organic syrup and cayenne pepper. Is it safe to give myself an enema 2xs per day using a hot water bottle filled with fresh squeezed organic lemon and distilled water? Asking this because Bzod had me to listen to 88.3 today here in Cincinnati and the guy (Mike) was telling how he does this regularly and has great results.

    A:

Yes, sea salt in water is a mild laxative!

You can do it as often as you FEEL the need to drink or take it.

You can also consume the Master Cleanse (cayenne, maple syrup, lemon juice) if you choose. You can drink this as much as you like depending on how you feel.

And yes, you can perform enemas 2X a day! Enemas are very helpful for health!

Q: I was wondering if it is okay to mix Mrs. Dash season blend with Olive Oil as a dressing for my salad? It tastes real bad with just Olive Oil alone, and I don't like the bitterness taste of lemon juice, and apple vinegar cider. Plus, what would you recommend for toppings to make the salad more interesting? Can I put olives, and cucumbers, etc.?

    A:

Do as you please as far as dressing goes! Just stay away from harmful ingredients! Mrs. Dash, seasonings, Olive Oil,

Q: I just recently found out that the face cream I have been using for 1 year has a horrible carcinogen in it called hydroquinone. I have been putting it on my face twice a day for over a year. Of course I had no idea this ingredient was a carcinogen, apparently a very serious one, until recently. I am not so worried for myself but concerned for my children who through cuddling and kissing were exposed to this substance as much as I was. What could I possibly do to get this horrible chemical out of their system and reverse it's damage. Also, my 7-year-old son had a CT scan of his head and I am worried about the radiation, can you recommend anything for that.

    A:

Beloved, I would highly suggest you perform the FULL BODY DETOX and have the children perform the CHILDREN DETOX (liquid extracts) . A good cleanse will help you out!

Q: Hi there, I never got yeast infections before but I had my first one in March of this year (2015) and have been suffering ever since. I was first treated with fluconazole and the infection went a way for a few weeks and then came back to which I was treated with another dose... again, it came back. I was treated with one more dose of the fluconazole- 3 pills every other day, I'm not sure the strength.... and of course, it came back. I went back to the doc and said I wanted to try a different solution as this wasn't working. They sent my culture into the lab to test for a different strand of candida but it came back just a strong strand of candida albicans. I was sent home with a cream and told to try boric acid suppositories or get put on a weekly prescription of the fluconazole. I don't want to rely on perscription meds that seem to make it only come back stronger. If you have any advice, please please please help me I am so desperate. I have been taking probiotics, using coconut oil for relief and cutting out all sugar. Any help would be so much appreciated. Best, Rokki

    A:

We always recommend starting off with the Full Body Cleanse to help eliminate the toxins and waste that often contributes to recurring issues in the body. You should move on to the 10 Day Candida Cleanse to specifically address the candida presence in your body. After cleansing you should avoid consuming a lot of sugar, dairy and processed foods. You can also continue to take the Candida Normalizer as a maintenance.

Q: Yes coconut oil maybe natural but I go thru 3-4 jars per week, 1-1/2 a jar a day, not only is it making me broke out I do not think all that saturated fat is good for me. I know I lack a lot of protein and other vitamins in my diet. Could this lack of essential nutrition cause this weird craving? I don't know if it is the massive loss of blood due to the fibroids.

    A:

I think you know the answer for yourself. Therefore, stop eating the coconut oil. Take some vitamins and minerals and see if this helps. Sounds like PICA, a nutritional deficiency which causes cravings. Blood loss most certainly will cause loss of nutrients.

Q: Lunch is organic salad dressing allowed or maybe fresh lemon juice and some extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) (cold pressed)

    A:

Organic salad dressing is a healthy alternative, but because they're bottled they usually contain preservatives to sustain their condition on store shelves. We recommend sticking to raw and fresh ingredients like using extra virgin olive oil as a base for homemade dressings. Adding apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, sea salts and other spices are common ingredients for homemade dressings.

Q: YOU ARE PROBABLY WELL AWARE RIGHTNOW THAT I'M 45 AND I HAVE FIBROIDS. FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS I HAVE HAD A COCONUT OIL CRAVING. DO YOU KNOW WHAT I MAYBE LACKING WHY I CRAVE COCONUT OIL. I LIKE TO FREEZE IT AND THEN CRUNCH ON IT IN ITS SOLID STATE. I KNOW IT SOUNDS STRANGE BUT I STARTED THIS HABIT ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO. I DO NOT KNOW IF IT IS THE MASSIVE BLOOD LOSS DUE TO FIBROIDS, THAT HAS RESULTED IN THIS WEIRD CRAVING. I JUST DONT TAKE ONE TBSP, I TAKE ALOT MORE AND I CANT, AFFORD IT AND I KNOW THAT THIS HABIT IS NOT GOOD FOR ME.

    A:

I don't know the exact reasons why you are craving frozen coconut oil but clearly you are lacking something and your Body Intelligence instructed you to eat frozen coconut oil. The oil is perhaps serving as a vehicle for the fibroid debris so as to pull what debris it can out of your body. Coconut oil is natural so I don't see anything wrong with your newfound custom. As long as you're fine with it, keep doing it.

A: We have numerous raw salad dressing recipes available on our recipe section. The salad dressing you tried, might be better with apple cider vinegar instead of lemon juice in addition to adding the sea salt and herbs & spices of your choice.

Q: During my phone consultation, I inquired about shaving creams other than the magic shave that I had been using for years. I tried the Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap as well as the Alba shaving cream. I have tried them both, and I use the hydrogen peroxide after I shave. But after a couple of days of smooth butter skin, my face becomes slightly irritated and small bumps form around the area where a goatee would grow. I know that I have some skin issues as of late, but don't know what. I even put a good amount of the OZ OIL on my face after I use the hydrogen peroxide. Should I not expect any constant smooth shaves until I go through the FULL BODY DETOX (FBD)?

    A:

Whether you know it not but you answered your own question and correctly so. Yes, give the FULL BODY DETOX a try!

Q: Hey, Question? What does it mean when your right-hand at the base of my pointing finger [just below my knuckle] lately it has been jumping, indiscriminately. Does this signify that my body?s trying to give me a message or what? I?m 27 (male); vegetarian more vegan, I mediate regularly and keep myself relatively balanced! If u can expand, I?d greatly appreciate it!!!

    A:

It could denote a problem with the nerve there, physically speaking. It could be a message to stop pointing the finger at others (or even your self). It could be saying "Let Go!" "Forgive!" Massage the finger. Talk to it!

Q: I think this way is easier and faster to have your response. I currently have many skin problems. I first started having body rash and eczema around my lips. When the skin gets dry, it hurts, and I've been trying to moisturize the skin with using all natural Burt's Bees andor Hugo natural lotion, cream or oil. I tried sea salt soak and been taking Sen-Fen, Blood formula, Immune support, Anti-Viral, but it's not working and the symptoms haven't gotten better at all. My entire body is really itchy from rash, so I haven't been able to sleep well for the past 2-3 weeks. If you have any suggestions for life style, special drinks and foods or products I can use, please let me know asap.

    A:

Greetings! You skin problems are explained in the article "SKIN DISORDER = BLOOD DISORDER" which I suggest you read. (visit articles section). When there's no physical healing, check the mind. Check out the NEW MENTAL SCIENCE MANUAL and there is a chapter in there on using the mind to heal. Basically you are focusing too much on the problem and not the solution which is optimal health and well-being. You are telling yourself how you don't want these problems and by saying this subconsciously, you are keeping the problems. Have your permanently switched or changed your diet? If not, what are you waiting for? Your blood is begging to be purified. Herbs alone won't get the job done. Let go of worrying about the problem. Focus on enjoying life, getting back in balance and you will begin to heal!
