Stretch marks are lines on the skin that are caused by the stretching and weakening of elastic tissues as a result of rapid weight gain, muscle building and in many cases, pregnancy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stretch marks are generally found on the thighs, breasts, stomach, buttocks, and upper arm. These areas of the body are usually areas of higher fat content than some other areas of the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stretch marks can be barely noticeable or easily seen. The marks are usually reddish or purple in color. While there is no way to completely erase these marks, there are solutions to improve their appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
