There were so many ways to learn and it was full of people who eat like me! I bought natural products and had a great <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dherbs.com\/recipes\/category\/smoothies-juices\/\">smoothie<\/a>, like I have never had before! I am still on my plan and feeling great!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Later we are going out to dinner again and that so far is okay. Don&#8217;t need to keep tempting myself though. I have my menu plan in my head and that is helpful. Also my family encouragement and disbelief are encouraging too. It has been very warm out here and heat use to bother me a great deal. Today I feel okay though. Will stop at Trader Joe&#8217;s for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dherbs.com\/articles\/how-much-water-do-you-really-need-to-drink-every-day\/\">water<\/a> and raw nuts to make sure I don&#8217;t let myself wander.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday was fun and informative!
