Today’s Natural Remedy: <\/em>Meditate for Peace of Mind<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Perception is everything! Choose to be happy\u2026. It is your choice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today see the good in everything\u2026even what you consider bad. There is always a balance you just have to find it. Maintaining control over the mind is key. If you think things are bad than things are going to feel or look bad. We have to keep ourselves emotionally fit, talking and\/or writing out our issues in hopes of resolving them so we are then able to move forward; leaving the past right where it needs to be in the past. No baggage Allowed! Staying positive during all situations and circumstances adverse or not; will strengthen you while going through the adversity or making the good times more pleasurable and more appreciated when they arrive. Your spirituality says who you are, what you believe, what you stand for, and how far you will go for what you believe in or stand for. It is your core being and it dictates where you are in life right now and where you will go. Your soul must be fit, to truly be happy inside and out. Re-connect with God and self through prayer and meditation. Meditate for 20 minutes, sit quietly (eyes open or closed) and let God come in and listen, rhythmically breathe and focus on each breath, an image, a candle, an affirmation, or just be in the moment. Visually think about or see yourself doing what you hope for or desire. Stay focused even when your mind wonders, direct your mind back to the thought and\/or vision. If you cannot stay focused for the whole 20 minutes at first, do 5 minutes to start then everyday add 5 more minutes until you are meditating for 20 minutes.
