    • Wash the beet greens in cold water and strain them in a colander.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Add the beet greens to a pot with 1-2 cups of boiling water. Keep over the stove on high heat for about 3-5 minutes. These cook very quickly so don\u2019t walk away from the stove.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Once the greens are wilted, season them with sea salt and pepper to taste, and squeeze a lemon wedge in the pot. Mix and serve it up as a side or your main course. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
