There is a pressured feeling to purchase a certain amount of gifts, and you can multiply that stress to infinity if you are are maxing out credit cards.\u00a0Additionally,\u00a0there is the added stress of seeing extended family members, who you may not get along with. How do you take care of your mental and physical health<\/a>? Let\u2019s\u00a0explore some options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meditation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One of the best ways to de-stress<\/a>\u00a0is by taking 10-15 minutes out of your day to meditate<\/a><\/strong>. Find a quiet, comforting place to focus on your breathing and exhale the stress from your body.
