Focus on the outer sections where the fresh fruits and vegetables<\/strong> are, but don\u2019t be afraid to venture into the section where you can get quinoa, steel cut oats, or spices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tip #2: Drink Water<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Drink water\u2026lots of water<\/strong>. It is the miracle drink<\/a>. Oh, sorry, did you think there was more? Truth be told, being sufficiently hydrated can help you flush toxins from your body and aid healthy digestion<\/a>. Plus, drinking a lot of water can help keep your cravings at bay<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tip #3: Try The 80\/20 Rule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This basically means that 80% of being healthy is diet and 20% is exercise<\/strong>. Or\u2026you could make a little edit to that rule. Exercise should still be something you focus on, but you should also enjoy a few \u201ccravings,\u201d so to speak.
