    Q: I have read that Peppermint, Lavender, Rosemary and Sage essential oils are all good for hair and stimulating hair growth. Would it be more beneficial to use them all at once for maximum result or should I just use the Rosemary and Sage only as you suggested?     Q: Dear Sir, I was told that you were going to be sending me an email about my situation. I've wrote you a few times giving you bits and pieces of information it seems.     Q: Hey herbalist, so I have been doing a lot of research on caffeine, and the benefits and harms of it. I am looking for some added information about the differences between the caffeine found naturally in coffee or tea, and the kind found in pure caffeine pills. I have heard that the pills are much more harmful, but have not been able to find proof of why. With the exception of "its made in a lab, therefore it must be worse".     Nature does not make caffeine or any substance in mono-structured form, including caffeine. Caffeine consumed by itself is harmful (a la caffeine pills -- nature does not produce caffeine pills). Caffeine pills are INORGANIC and thus not absorbed by the body (the cells). Bio-caffeiene from plant sources is ORGANIC and thus absorbable. Organic substances can be absorbed through the cells. Inorganic substances cannot. Inorganic caffeine blocks reuptake of glutamate, and that's another reason why synthetic caffeine is harmful. Organic caffeine does not block reuptake of glutamate.

    Q: I have been dealing with a clogged milk duct, on my left areola. My 9 month old daughter, got a virus last Thursday, and was vomiting non stop for 3 hours. We rushed her to emergency, and they were able to stop the vomiting, and get her rehydrated. Then I got sick, followed by my husband.     Q: Hi, I have been suffering from a dull pain the testicular area for over 2 years now. I have seen 2 urologists that have confirmed that I have enterococcus bacteria in either the prostate of genital area based on semen culture. I have also done testicle ultrasound and CAT scan of the area with good results.     Q: I have read your article on "CALCULI: KIDNEY, BLADDER, AND GALL STONES". The question I would like to know is would the natural remedy you listed in that article also help with salivary stones. I have had problems with this for over twenty years now. I have had one of my submandibular gland removed due to the duct had become blocked and the swelling wouldn't go down.     Q: This past May my sister started to have really bad asthma attacks and allergic relations to scents, dust etc, and a horrible cough.
