• 2 tbsp olive oil
• ⅛ lemon, juiced
• ⅛ jalapeno (optional)

Nori Wraps:

• 1 carrot, shredded
• ⅛ zucchini, shredded
• ⅛ cucumber, cut into thin strips
• ½ yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 1 avocado – peeled, pitted, and sliced
• 1 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded
• 3-4 raw nori sheets

Instructions:

• Blend all sauce ingredients until smooth and set aside
• Prep your veggies – shred, slice, and get everything ready
• Lay a nori sheet flat and line up your veggies along the edge closest to you
• Roll it up tight and wet the edge to seal
• Slice and serve with that dreamy green tahini sauce
