One thing to note is that this recipe is that it does not use fresh blueberries. You will need to procure dried blueberries, but make sure that they are free of added sugars and processed ingredients, such as sulfur dioxide. If you cannot find dried blueberries, you can choose another variety of dried fruit, such as dried apricots.
