Worked wonders. My lymph nodes used to swell all the time if I used the wrong deodorant or soap with chemicals but they haven’t swollen again since I purchased this product. Hadn’t been coughing from pollen and allergies either and what I found strange is that my feet swell from not keeping my salt intake balanced. This flushes your blood if you take after eating to flush salt. I noticed after taken it for about a week, while eating a few veggies, the swelling goes completely away even if you eat other unhealthy foods. I’m not trying to persuade anyone to eat healthy, but it’s best to, in moderation. Overall, great product. *
