I have been taking the Maintenance Package after I finished the 20 day full body cleanse. I lost over 30 pounds. Since then I been feeling great! My blood pressure has been stable at 110/74, and still maintaining the weight I lost. I do not crave for sugar, or meat. Plus I am able to get a good night sleep. Thanks Dherbs!! *Linda -

I am pleased at the benefits that came along with the maintenance package after completing the 20-day FBC. It has helped me to stabilize my weight after slowly introducing certain cooked Foods. I have not gained back not one pound. Even after having a few slip-ups now and again.
