The Colon & Digestive Tract formula is absolutely amazing! I use to have difficulty being regular but now I go everyday like clock work and it makes me feel so much better. This product is amazing. It helps flush everything out to keep you feeling great and light. Literally after the first day, I started feeling it working. It helps with constipation and bloating and overall weight loss. I use it in combination with bowel motion and the two work amazingly. The way I take these supplements is 3 capsules of bowel motion at night preferably two/ three hours before bed, so the cleansing can undergo while asleep and 3 capsules of colon & digestive tract as soon as I wake up in the morning. Great product! Highly recommend. *
