I was taking the electric greens in conjunction with the full body cleanse. I experienced some constipation so I've stopped taking all of it - as of now. I will not take them together because I don't really know if it was the greens and body cleanse together or just the greens. I've never had that problem with the body cleanse alone. *

I took the Electric Greens Combo formula while I was pregnant and for 6 months postpartum for breastfeeding. It helped supply all of the beneficial greens that I needed during my pregnancy even if I wasn't able to get them via food each day. Also, aided in the help of milk production in addition to my lactation treats. I will take this again for a future pregnancy. *
