This product has helped me naturally combat hot flashes without the worry of side effects. It does take about 2 weeks to fully get in your system. 3 capsules are taken daily. I wish 2 capsules were enough. I tried that but the symptoms quickly returned. But overall the product does what it says it will do. *

This product is amazing! I got my menstrual cycle within a couple of weeks of starting the herbs and I noticed a big difference... No cramps, no bloating, a lot less headaches and hot flashes. I'm on my 2nd bottle now and my second cycle on it went just as well, even my workout was not as difficult as it usually is on my heaviest day, so it's definitely working for me and I've recommended it to others. Legitimate 5 star review I had a hysterectomy 8/13/18. All that is left is my cervix. Man when I say the mood swings, hot flashes, night sweats came on me fast! Crazy!
