The Full Body Cleanse really helped with everyday body functioning. I used to have problems sleeping through the night, but with following the regimen I slept extremely well and woke up energized and focused. Although it was challenging to only eat raw fruits and vegetables, the recipes they offer on the website also substituted a lot of cravings I had at first. Overall, I'd recommend any and everybody to try this product out. *

This is my third time using Dherbs and doing the Full Body Cleanse. However, I am disappointed because the second time I was missing some pills. Other than this problem, I love Dherbs. *

I started the Full Body Cleanse in November. Ate vegan but it wasn't "raw" vegan (pamphlet said nothing was to be cooked above 180 degrees or something like that but I made vegan crock pot meals and vegan soups). Eliminations at least three times a day, they weren't always solid, varying colors. Start to finish, down 4.8 lbs. Kept eating vegan until Thanksgiving and was down 9lbs from Nov 1st. Did not see any improvement in skin quality, texture, or breakouts. Would recommend to friends. Interested in trying the WRC next time around. *
