PrakashI was motivated to do the Full Body Cleanse program after the health class from Alaska Cruise. I am one of the several, who took detox test on the cruise to measure the body fat , water levels, metabolic rate etc. After the trip, I looked at several websites, product reviews and fixed with the below detox program. This is a 20 day detox program: According to program guide, consume 30 pills a day which will cleanse different organs inside the body. Mostly eat raw veggies, fruits and nuts throughout the program. Breakfast: Soy milk & banana smoothie around 7 AM and Blueberry ,strawberry, banana around 10 AM. Lunch : veggie salad Evening snacks : Cucumber, lemon and salt . Dinner : Guac (homemade) and veggies. Ate plenty of nuts, throughout the day. I use to prepare ( buying groceries and making salads, gauc etc) food by my self to sync up the body and mind on what to expect. Did i cheat on my diet ? Yes, during my long run and volleyball days, I use to eat 1/4 cup of quinoa. I lost around 12 pounds . I am pretty sure i will gain it back within three months but losing weight was not my goal .If i don't see any negative impacts with this program, I am planning to do 10 Day Full Body Cleanse program starting from next year. DatriceHello, DHerbs users....After reading some the reviews from another site describing this as a laxative and plenty of water... I was going to send this product back but after receving my order it continued to peak my interest in the healing therapy it contains....I work in the health care profession and I understand greatly the benefits that I need from FBC....my...Day #2 was horrible a headache worst than a migraine but I manage to work through it. I am historian Green Machine juice user so I thought I'd try something new with a FBC. I can say I feel great and excited already about the results of day 21. At first, I had a little trouble consuming all the pills in a timely manner so I had to set a timer to remind me during my busy schedule but some how I keep missing the Carbon at night. I don't want to keep forgetting so I am planning for a better night. Me omitting the carbon the first two days wont effect my results will it? I can say I am truly energized because I normally sleep in late after a 21 days of work but I can't go back to sleep at all, so house cleaning it is. BarbraFirstly, I want to say thank you to Dherbs for the Full Body Cleanse, not only did it help me loose some weight it also helped me change my lifestyle. Dherbs works, I was skeptical at first because of the money and because Ive tried weight loss things/cleanses before: garcinia, green tea, herbal life, max trim ect none worked well for me. I started the cleanse and changed my eating, I couldn't do all raw foods however all I ate were fruits and salads, nuts, fruit smoothies. I could defiantly tell a difference in my energy level especially when I woke up in the morning. My face also became brighter and clearer. Starting on day two I could already tell the difference and was going about 3x a day, however the going only lasted the first week. The remaining two weeks I was a bit frustrated because I couldn't seem to loose anymore weight. While I only lost 6 pounds from this cleanse I lost many inches all over my body " fatty reserve areas". My stomach was so flat, my neck and entire body slimmed down. I had to buy new pants. I got compliments all throughout and still am 3 weeks after the cleanse. I have not gained my weight back and I am actually still loosing. My advice is don't go into the cleanse only wanting to loose weight because everyone is different. Go in wanting an overall change and a truly healthier you...that is what I got from Dherbs, a healthier me and a new lifestyle. Off to Weight Release Cleanse next. *0 -

ongueneI think that the full body cleanse is a good product for people who are sick and even for those who don't fill any problem. because, it really cleans the body. when I took it first of all I noticed that I went to the more frequently, and that helped me loose weight. also I fell more comfortable in my entire body. I believe that the next treatment will be effective as something has changed in my body positively. *0 -

MonifahSo here's my thoughts on the Full Body Cleanse, I like it. I will be doing it again in September being that it has to be at least 3 months before you can do it again. By the 2nd day on the regimen I began to feel better in my body. I was no longer feeling sluggish in the morning. By day 9 I had lost (or should I say killed 9lbs cause when you lose things you can always find them again but I killed mine because I know for a fact that those pound won't be back!). Today is day 16 and I have not weighed myself as planned, however I had to wear a belt with my dress in order for it not to look funny because it is so baggy. While coming from the store a neighbor stopped me and said "you lost weight". My hope is to kill up to 30lbs total by Saturday which is my last day. The only thing that could be better about this is that I emailed "the herbalist" a question last week and I have yet to get a response, however the first time that I emailed"the herbalist" I got a reply within an hour,and no I did not want the answer via phone I know that I can call but I'd rather my replies in black and white for the sake of referencing back. In the grand scheme of things I have no real complaints. I have a adopted a few things that are now lifestyle changes, and I learned how to make my own salad dressing,aint nobody mad but the devil!!! CatherineI'm Please to say a group of co-workers and I did the Full Body Cleanse, we were all hesitant at first due to taking a total of 30 pills per day. But we all did get easier by the day, we all begin to get a burst of energy and started feeling better. Yes we all lost weight and average of 40lbs between the 3 of us. The only disappoint I have is getting through to order products. I would leave and message and no would call to three days later. We you have promotion offers its like I would get a follow up call 2 day after the promotion then we can't get the promotion offer. After talking to a Representative she stated to bad you miss the offer. I like talking to a live Person instead of the computer. Other than that the Product works. *0 -

DeborahI finished the 20 day full body cleanse on May 9th, the product worked great. I had lots of energy and lost 10 lbs. I continued to watch my diet but added meat back in. Three weeks later, I feel tired again and have gain back 2 lbs. Now I'm going to order the maintenance package to see if I can get back on the weight loss side oppose to gaining. *0 -
