My uncle and I teamed up to do the Full Body Cleanse together. Completing the 21 days does take commitment but you have to know you're worth it. And, as much as I hated to admit it, I truly felt better afterwards. It's a great way to get a realistic view of what you're eating and how you're taking care of your health. I lost 12 pounds, I believe he lost 15. It's a great way to reset your body and clean out all of the impurities that may be clogging your system. We will definitely do it again. *

I just finished using the full body cleanse. The first three days were hard to adjust to a new diet of raw fruits and vegetables, but after that I was able to adjust and started to feel great and lose weight. I lost 10 pounds. Hopefully I can continue to lose after the cleanse, but I feel great! *

I am starting Day 13 of this FBC and I feel great! The apprehension I experienced before starting the regimen was about not me not being able to have my daily two glasses of wine. The laugh is on me because I have not had, and I do not have, any inkling or desire to drink that wine. Hooray for this FBC and hooray for me! *

I ordered the Full Body Cleanse. I have been doing it for 9 days so far and I have lost 8 lbs. already!!! Hopefully I can at least double this!! The only hard part is sticking to the raw food diet. You don't realize how many things you eat that need to be cooked and that are processed. Been drinking smoothies a lot and need to start drinking more juices. *

I have felt better since I started the cleanse! I am on my 2nd week and I have lost 7 lbs. I was a little off put about taking all the pills ...but it got better. I feel lighter and not so bloated. I will start the maintenance package after I finish this! *

The product really taught me how to eat better and allowed me learn how to cook different meals with raw foods. I had to add protein due to getting a little dizzy from working out. I felt better and lost weight. Just had to always remember to take the pills. Thanks dherbs *

So far I have been on it for a week and I have lost 10.5 pounds and my BMI and Fat % are also decreasing. I cannot wait until my 20 days are up. And even though the food you eat is raw and all veggies and fruits, there is a variety of food you can make. My favorite right now is the Thai salad. mmm yummy. So come on ladies and gentlemen try this cleanse, you won't regret it. *

This will be my 4th order of the full body cleanse. the first one I had some trouble with the kidney formula, however, I reached out to the staff and AD (owner) He contacted me with suggestions and a regiment. Once done I felt better. I continue to use less of the kidney formula but love the product. It works if you stick with it. My main objective is to give my body and organs a break and to cleanse the benefits include needed weight lost. At times I don't feel like going all Raw so I do take advantage of the 2 cheat days. smile. so that I can continue effectively. Thanks *
