When I started the Full Body Cleanse, I was not sure I would be able to complete it because everything had to be raw. My husband, who is a pescatarian, did a cleanse his way with me for the first 2 weeks as my support group. All I can say is after the second day of the Full Body Cleanse, I felt a difference. I felt more energetic. I finished the Full Body Cleanse and I am down 10 pounds. It's great! My sister and niece ordered the Full Body Cleanse after seeing the difference in me and after talking about it so much. Day 1 - I was pumped up. Day 2 - I woke up with a headache. I followed the recommendations on the site (drinking plenty of water and consuming brazil nuts and avocado), and it worked within an hour; my headache was gone. Day 3 - I started to feel lighter, but I was a little more fatigued during the late afternoon, which is good because normally I can't fall asleep and end up awake until 2 am. Day 4 - I woke up rested and feeling lightweight. I'm only on Day 4, I haven't weighed myself yet, but I feel lighter and I have more energy during the day. I also seem more focused on tasks, which I didn't expect. I'm also not having cravings and I've been able to prepare meals for my family without cheating.
