This product works! I noticed that my metabolism was working faster when using it, it also helped to suppress my appetite at times. I took this product and it did just what it said, I would sometime had to remind myself I that I needed to eat. The biggest part of taking this product is that it really do works. I changed my eating habits, I did some exercise and I drunk plenty of water and I watch my pound just fall off. So yes I would recommend this product. *
