The cleanse work, you just got to do your part. love it wouldn't use anything else, I've been using the product for a while it's good for my whole family. I've tried other product and I'm always coming back to DHERBS. the 21 days seem like a lot but the reason is to change the way we eat and think about food. Man this stuff is rough but does it job. I sleep and dream some good stuff after taking the charcoal. I have lost weight. I have seen Lil dead creature come out in my stools. Although that can be my imagination. I have three more days to go but so far it feels like it's helping me. I'll let you know when I go to the doctor to see how my reports reads. I am now interested in the weight lost after the cleanse *

I'm not into spending money so after my wife bought this product and didn't use it, I decided to try it...I didn't think I would be able to do this. But after i got through the first three days it was a breeze!!! Sure I missed a few foods but when outsiders started to tell that I was trimming down, it motivated me to Not cheat and finish the 20 days..! This was last year when I went from 245 lbs. to 217. Anyways; I'm 225 pounds now and I want to get to 205 so I'm going to do it one more time on my dime this time...LoL! (It Will change your eating habits for the better..!) *
