I was feeling really bloated everyday and was looking for a supplement that might help. I read the reviews for bowel motion and it seemed to help a lot of people with the same issues I was having. I have been taking them everyday for about a month now and I feel so much better! My stomach is flatter because I'm not bloated all the time and I am much more regular. I only take 2 pills before bed instead of 3. 2 is more than enough for me. I would start out with 1 or 2 before bed and see how your body reacts. Very happy with this product. *

This is my magic pill for staying regular. I take between 2 and 4 pills a day before bedtime. I take 4 if I had a lot of junk food or meat that day. But 2 pills usually gets the job done. And it works without all of that cramping that laxatives usually cause. This is a natural alternative to those OTC laxatives. Safe enough to take daily. *

Oh my gosh I can't say enough good things about this product! I take a lot of pain medicine due to neuropathy and therefore I frequently have bowel problems. This product was a god send to me. It worked on the first dose and I feel SO much better. Thank you so much for this. *

Love this product. I started about 2 years ago with Full Body Cleanse which included Bowel Motion. I reordered Bowel Motion for maintenance and did not disappoint. It love it, because it is a regulates my body to have a gentle release of my bowels. I have lost 30+ lbs utilizing Dherbs products along with lifestyle changes. They really do what they claim. I don't take it as much as I use to because I've become more regular since using it. They're easy to swallow, and I only take them when I need an extra cleanse. They have natural ingredients which I prefer. I was a little skeptical at first but I'm glad I tried them. So try them and you may not be disappointed, I wasn't. *

This produce works great. I absolutely love it. I don’t get stomach cramps like when taking a laxative and get the same results. I don’t use it daily but when I notice I haven’t had a bowel movement in a couple days this works wonders. I always take a few on vacation with me just in case, I find that taking these mid day or at night works best because it works the following morning. Highly recommend. *
