The Weight Release Cleanse and Regimen accelerated my weight lost within the 20 days, I lost 35 pounds. I no longer felt sluggish, tired and sleepy, I finally felt like myself again, younger, healthier, energetic and full of life. I became more inspired once the weight dropped off and continued to come off because I followed the booklet, I prepared the recipe's that are listed on DHerbs website, I performed the exercises that are listed in the booklet. I ate the raw foods of my choice and what was listed in the booklet, I didn't cook any of my food, I became a vegetarian instantly because I had stopped eating red meats and fish many years ago. Once per month I would prepare a breast of chicken soup, spinach salad with grilled chicken strips, I don't eat eggs, white breads, no refined sugars or sweets, no soft drinks, no alcoholic beverages, no fast foods and no fried foods. I was disciplined before staring my weight loss cleanse. I wanted to lose the weight, I knew that I had to prepare clean foods and eat 3 meals per day on time. I would always be reminded from my doctor that I must lose the weight to prevent me from having to take RX drugs. I wanted to feel better, healthier and vibrant again. I am finally feeling great again, because I am preparing clean foods, garden veggies, no meats, no starch, no cheese. I am a believer, I know that DHerbs Vitamins' has given me a second chance in living a healthier life without relying on my doctor to write me a RX to lower my Blood Pressure or lower my Cholesterol and Diabetic medications. I purchased the 20 day cleanse. The product works great. I lost 7lbs in 10 days. I do 10 days at a time because I get burn out on salads. I will do the other 10 days soon. The good thing about this is the weight doesn’t come back easily. *

Working like a charm. On the 3rd day, I felt like the thermostat had been turned up in my body. I’m on day 16 and so far I’ve lost 12 pounds and my face has cleared up. I’ve lost a significant amount of inches off my waste in clothes. Typically I lose inches before I notice pounds. I did notice cramps from the sugar formula. In addition, you go to the restroom A LOT!!! Way more than the full body cleanse. The first 2-3 days I was angry from the cleanse and by day 7 I had an emotional release. The bath drops were critical to help with this ;very relaxing. The inhaler works like a charm too. *
