I've seen improvements to my nails especially since taking this product. When I first started using this, I was also doing the full body cleanse and my skin was already clearing up. Since completing the cleanse, my skin is still fairly clear and I'm not sure if it's due to my change in diet or my continued use of this tea. Either way, I couldn't be happier with the results I'm seeing. *

I've been using this for 2 weeks now and my nails had gotten stronger and longer ???? no easy breakage or cracks so im pretty happy by those results. But didn't see much results for my hair or skin yet... so I will just have to wait and see. Will probably buy some more and give a better review after 3 months of use. *

In focusing on results of the Hair-Skin-Nails tea, I can really see a difference in the healing of my nails. For years, I have worn the fake nails and afterwards, my real nails suffered. They would finally grow to a short length and then break about 1/4 down into the nail and were extremely weak. I have noticed a significant difference in less breakage and the strength of my nail. I would recommend this tea to all. *
