I was skeptical about this at first because I've tried so many products before without much successful. The 10 day full body cleanse was the best thing I've ever done. I lost 7lbs, my inflammation went down, my skin was glowing and I had more energy throughout the day. It took getting use to all the pills but after the first few days it was a lot easier. The recipes they provide were a big help so I never felt hungry during the cleanse. I ordered the maintenance package because I don't want to go back to the way I was feeling before the cleanse. This product really works. :) *

I tried the 10 day cleanse to see if I would survive ???? Honestly, it wasn't as bad as I thought it might be. The first couple of days were the hardest. I lost a total of 5lbs. I'm not very overweight. But I'm getting older and felt I needed a reset. I will be interested in doing the 20 day cleanse at some point. *

I have fallen in love with Dherbs and have told a lot of my family members. And I have lost the weight and want to lose more. I love the 10 day full body cleanse. I'm older and it has been very hard to lose the weight and lose the extra waist. I exercise regularly and try to eat healthy but until I found out about Dherbs after watching Dr. Oz show I had no clue how cleansing would be so easy and healthy. I must say so far, I am very impressed with this cleanse. I’m 5’9 ,175 pounds. I've been on this diet for three days now and have already lost four pounds! This cleanse will definitely make you use the bathroom often. The first two days was a struggle for me because if your not vegan, they wing you off A LOT of things such as meat and foods that aren’t natural. I would say I work out moderately throughout the week, so my body requires protein. I’ve found taking a tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter will help curve your appetite throughout the process. Also drinking the correct amount of water per your weight, will also help move the cleanse in the right direction. I feel I will loose around 15 pounds by the end of this cleanse. I’m so exited to see the final results!!! P.S if you can, workout with this diet. I think that will help out a lot. Good luck!!!! *

This cleanse is a jumpstart to a new lifestyle. Following the program correctly, I saw results. Overall better feeling and weight loss. Bowel movements were more regular and I slept better each night. Sharper and clearer thinking was also noticeable. I haven’t had the urge to eat meat since. Highly recommended. *
