I purchase this product for my brother who has special needs and has been on medication since he was three years old. His medication like so many others have side effects and the main one is constipation. His physical is always fine but trying to find a product to work with constipation was hard. This product was very easy to follow directions and his bowel movements was on a regular day to day. The bowel movements were soft and loose. Greetings, I am a 48 year old African American Woman with a stomach that I want "GONE" and I am ready to take the first step with the inside out. I started the Full Body Cleanse on March 31, 2014 and no this cleanser is no "JOKE." I prepared my self a week earlier with the fruit and veggies so my body would be able to endure the shock. I began the first day and it was ok, the second day the flood gates open and my God I could not believe I was walking around with so much junk in my trunk. Hi, I want to express my true joy of the 10 Day Colon Cleanser. I was a little skeptical about first if I could do 10 days and 2nd just how much weight I would actually loose. I'm in my sixties, still very active physically. and I do have health issues like high blood pressure and gout for which I am taking medicine and it is under control so I worried how these herbs would affect me. But to my great surprise I had no side effects. I lost about ten pounds. This is my favorite cleanse I've done so far. I use to need 10-12 hours of sleep (I was tired all the time) my skin was really bad, I had acne all over my face and no cleanser or product ever helped.
