I used the Full Body Cleanse last month. I can't say I followed it to the letter, but it was extremely effective in helping me improve my overall health. I feel great. I've clearly lost weight (although I refuse to weigh myself yet). I can see my stomach and upper body shrinking and becoming more defined. The cleanse, along with a committed workout program, has started me on my journey to even more weight loss and has helped me alleviate the need for pressure medication to regulate my body. I lost 10 lbs so far on the Full Body Cleanse! I can definitely tell it's getting the impurities out of my body, and my energy and mental clarity have improved too! It is a lot of pills to take and I'm perfectly okay in taking them, knowing that it's helping get my body back to optimal performance. Make sure to drink plenty of water and water-based fruits.
