Very hard to eat raw and many pills to maintain on a daily base but overall I like the idea of becoming healthy and trying life changing experiences. I will have time to focus on the product itself and see the amazing results it has to offer and hope it will change my eating habits. My ideal to a healthy lifestyle and then more. *

I'm not sure if it was the diet and the water or the supplements that help me lose some pounds, however the charcoal was messy and I was constipated. Not a lot of using the toilet in terms of cleansing. I believe it's over priced and that's my personal experience. *

The system seems to work but due to experiencing some urinary issues and calling to speak with a representative I was instructed NOT to use the activated charcoal because it could have a negative reaction with my prescription medication. This information was not included in the manual. Also, the eating of a totally raw menu was too difficult for my system and the difficulty in obtaining the food even in a major city was ridiculous. Restaurants or health food stores that offer a raw menu are almost non-existing, I had to modify my diet to vegetarian and halal but the system DID positively impact my body. Even with my obesity I see the difference in my waistline and the heaviness in my legs. I definitely want to do the cleanse after the holidays to continue my journey towards better health. *

It worked great the first 7 to 12 days but after that I stopped losing weight and it got really hard to continue. I would recommend doing it with a friend or partner. I am going to try it again. *

Overall the cleanse does work. If I could I would have taken all products for the full 20 days and I imagine all would be well. Unfortunately I started having side effects that prevented me from going the full 20 days. I got to day 9. *
