I'm not sure if it was the diet and the water or the supplements that help me lose some pounds, however the charcoal was messy and I was constipated. Not a lot of using the toilet in terms of cleansing. I believe it's over priced and that's my personal experience. *

The system seems to work but due to experiencing some urinary issues and calling to speak with a representative I was instructed NOT to use the activated charcoal because it could have a negative reaction with my prescription medication. This information was not included in the manual. Also, the eating of a totally raw menu was too difficult for my system and the difficulty in obtaining the food even in a major city was ridiculous. Restaurants or health food stores that offer a raw menu are almost non-existing, I had to modify my diet to vegetarian and halal but the system DID positively impact my body. Even with my obesity I see the difference in my waistline and the heaviness in my legs. I definitely want to do the cleanse after the holidays to continue my journey towards better health. *

It worked great the first 7 to 12 days but after that I stopped losing weight and it got really hard to continue. I would recommend doing it with a friend or partner. I am going to try it again. *

When I used this Body Cleanse I had good results, I bought for someone else and they did not have good results. Has the product change? I want to buy one for myself but I am not sure now. *

Very good product. Need to try again for better results. Did not always eat raw vegetables. Sometimes I would steam vegetables. *

Overall the cleanse does work. If I could I would have taken all products for the full 20 days and I imagine all would be well. Unfortunately I started having side effects that prevented me from going the full 20 days. I got to day 9. *

I have experienced in one of my two order purchased the Liver, Spleen & Gallbladder only 99 capsules was in the bottle. I have had this issue with not having the correct amount of capsules in the bottles this has occurred with my last two purchases of the Full Body Cleanse product. *
