I liked the product and even though I only did 10 days I feel great. It stopped my sugar cravings I have a sweet tooth and I didn't miss the sugar at all. It was a little hard for me to just eat fruits and veggies but I did most of the time and when I did eat something light it was a salad with small piece of chicken but I still lost 5lbs. All in all I was very satisfied it was just the jumpstart I needed for my weight loss journey. *

I can honestly say this cleanse worked for me. I've tried other cleansing products such as Iaso tea and saw no results or weight loss. With this cleanse I lost 6 lbs and 2 weeks later I haven't gained back any of the weight. I also did not workout that much maybe light exercise about 2-3 times a week. Even after I finished with the cleanse I still tried to eat healthy and eliminate the rice, bread, fried foods, etc. Doing this cleanse was really difficult for me since I love chicken and it is the only meat I eat. I honestly did not drink the tea everyday, but overall I still had good results and I would definitely recommend! *

I purchased the 10 day full body cleanse express for a quick jumpstart to changing my lifestyle for the better. My cholesterol was a little high & I wanted to bring it back down to normal levels. I followed the meal plan as best as I could and overall I had great energy (I was able to get up early with no problems & I AM NOT a morning person), I dropped 10lbs, my skin cleared up a bit and I know my body was ridding itself of impurities. The cleanse helped to bring out an underlying issue with my lymphatic system that I had no idea about. I’m grateful I was able to address this problem now before it got any more serious. I am currently deployed overseas and I will say to get to the Middle East it took about 10 days. I took the product and it was great to jump start my weight loss Covid 19 hit hard but the cleanse helped me fight off everything. I usually do the 20 day I tried this and it was perfect I have continued losing weight even after I completed the regiment! Dherbs delivered again I think something I’m going to continue taking is the tea it was way definitely needed! *

I am 4 days in the cleanse. Doing well. The herbs do not upset my stomach and the tea doesn't taste bad. It's completely doable. Before the cleanse my brain was not connected to my stomach. I would eat without being hungry. Quantities were too big. Now I'm simply trying to reset. I have around 10 lbs to lose. *

The 10 day full cleanse was easier than I thought it would be. I was able to lose 12 pounds which was great because I had been stuck at the same weight for months no matter what I did. I have always loved fruits and vegetables so not eating meat wasn't too bad for me. I will definitely incorporate eating raw foods at least 2 -3 days a week going forward. I had a lot more energy. *

I lost 8 lbs on the 10 day cleanse and have kept it off. It was an awesome cleanse for wanting to do a shorter time than the 20 day, plus less capsules. I am definitely going to do the 10 day cleanse again. The first couple days I felt a bit fatigued and sluggish but that quickly changed and I actually felt great! *
