I take this every so often, however, you have to be discipline. Overall I like all Dherbs products, it’s healthy w/o added bad stuff. It’s always my go to following weight release. The product is definitely quality. I always use this cleanse when I need to detox and I can say that I always shed at least water weight, which In my opinion is still significant. I love how my skin glows as a result of the cleanse and I notice big difference in my energy levels as well. I do this or the 20 day cleanse a few times a year and my vitals are always so good when I go to the doctor. I love that I can depend on Dherbs to help me lead a healthy lifestyle. *

At first this cleanser was hitting my body real hard, but then I realized how potent it is so I took it as my body could handle it. I do know it came with instructions, but sometimes you truly just have to listen to your own body and pace yourself accordingly. I realized that sometimes some things may be good but not good as instructed. This is great stuff for healing ones body of so much abuse from taking prescribed meds. Thank you D Herbs! :) *

The 10 day cleanse was ok. It really cleanses your body but it did not give me any energy. I did not loose the amount of weight I wanted to loose but I did loose some. I would recommend this product. Because each individual is different and everyone would have different results. *

May need one more cleanse, I feel better but think one more would put me over the top. *

I read the reviews prior to starting this product. As stated the first three days were the hardest. I didn't lose much weight but I felt better. I enjoyed most of the recipes. My blood pressure was down so much my doctor was even excited. This product did interfere with my night medication. I had to figure out the best way to approach it. I will try the 10 day again. Not sure if I am ready to do the 20 day cleansing. *
