I'm older and it has been very hard to lose the weight and lose the extra waist. The greatest challenge was eating the raw foods but with dedication and support and asking a lot of questions through the site support, I have done it! Very happy of the results. I have just finished the 10-day cleanse today. I am a type 2 diabetic, and I wanted to eliminate and cleanse my body from the medicines that I have been taking for so long. While I was a little disappointed that I did not lose any weight (but I did not gain either) since I followed the eating plan to the letter, I know enough that there are other factors to be considered. I weigh myself three times a week, M, W, and F. Today was the last day, and I felt like I had lost weight. My scale measures not only weight but BMI, water, muscle, bone density, and fat. My fat has gone down, my water intake is up, my muscle mass is up, and my BMI is declining, my energy level is also up. I can exercise for a longer duration and intensity. I do know that muscle burns fat, so I am encouraged by that. So I will now try the 20-day cleanse to continue on this path of improving my health. Slow and steady wins the race. *

In just a short time with the 10 Day Express Cleanse I was able to focus distinctively on my health and felt and saw instant results in my body. I was able to release 11 lbs of waste and I really enjoyed the raw Vegan recipes. I also felt more energy and focus while on the Cleanse. Once I stopped the diet and herbal supplement regimen, I felt decreased energy levels, thankfully, I did not pick up any weight, but I did notice the change in how my body felt overall; I had very low energy and was able to distinguish how very small changes in diet affect overall wellness.
