Anti-V Cleanse and Regimen is a great immune boosting product. Although you must take a lot of capsules, it's what must be done to achieve results. I used my timer on my phone everyday as a reminder to take the capsules at the right time. I modified my diet a little while on the cleanse, just adding more whole foods and eliminating any processed foods for a few weeks. I felt great after this cleanse and haven't seen any signs of infections for many weeks now. I plan to use this cleanse once or twice a year. *

I have not had a cold or sinus infection after completing this immunity boosting cleanse. I used to get one every month or so but in the last 4 months. NOTHING!!! I breathe better at night and my skin looks much better. I did the Full Body Cleanse first and once I got the hang of the raw food diet I naturally followed with the anti-v. I loved the Anti-V Cleanse and Regimen. I actually "felt" the product working which was weird. I have to use this particular cleanse a few more times to get where I want & need to be health wise. It wasn't an issue of feeling dizzy or anything. The hardest part to me was the consistent change of diet because I'm a big eater so I spent a lot of money on pistachios and salads and vegan dressings. Anti-V Cleanse and Regimen is amazing! Mind you I haven't had a fever blister in like 20 YEARS, but during this cleanse I felt a small one sprout up on my lip. It was my body answering the pills and trying to get rid of the virus that was sitting in there dormant. I can't say enough good things about this product. I was slightly bummed when I ran out on my 20th day, so guess what? I'm ordering more! I want to clean house completely. It's funny how the body holds on to old memories and viruses that you thought had been long gone. Nope, you must use HERBS to get them out. Even the bible says herbs are for healing of the nations!
