I needed to lose weight and rid myself of any disease which I have no signs. I have lost weight using this cleanse, combined with the diet that Dherbs requested and my own choice of implementing intermittent fasting. *

I've done this cleanse four times. Has helped me clear viruses without having to use medication. I am normally vegetarian and don't enjoy a raw diet but I have done it while doing this cleanse. Not my favorite aspect fo the cleanse but the raw diet does help in increasing the benefits of the herbs. Also keeps me healthy during winter months. I've even used the herbs when I feel a cold coming on and it helps in fighting off the virus. *

I have not had a cold or sinus infection after completing this cleanse. I used to get one every month or so but in the last 4 months. NOTHING!!! I breathe better at night and my skin looks much better. I did the full body cleanse first and once I got the hang of the raw food diet I naturally followed with the anti-v.
