I am a regular girl from NYC pushing the standard 9 to 5. I don't have time for fabs. WELL, I was mistaken. THE FULL BODY CLEANSE IS NOT A FAB, IT WORKS WONDERS! I've completed the program, yes I lost 13 pounds and 3 inches all around my body which is great of course. BUT this energy and clarity I feel is what is remarkable. If you are ready to make a change, try the Full Body Cleanse. It was worth it and I will be doing it again in 6 months. So what if you can't cook foods or meat. You have done it for this long. 20 days isn't going to kill you. *

I've done the Full Body Cleanse a couple of times and definitely saw +10lb loss each time! It is a lot of pills but if your dedicated to the food regimen you can lose a lot more pounds than I did. It worked! I lost 12lbs. Sure I would have liked to have lost more, but overall I was pleased with the results. It's day 5 on the full body detox and I have lost 3 lbs. My daughter is doing as well. She has decided to wait until she's done with the cleanse to weigh. I do feel it's working. On day 1, I was awaken from my sleep around 4 AM sick to my stomach. I vomit once then I felt better within 10-15 minutes. I haven't had any major illness since only that I was fatigue on day 2. Overall, I do feel great. Perhaps, this will be a little graphic, I love the BM's that I am having. It's wonderful having regular BM's. I am hoping to continue on this healthy path of eating.
