Lost 20 lbs and gained mental clarity. Truly felt that all the negative and impurities were removed. Became energized to start working out. It served as a kick start to weight loss journey. Didn’t feel hungry but definitely wasn’t satisfied, which was a learned behavior and relationship developed with certain foods. Just did raw fruits and vegetables and smoothies. Ate small portions every 2 hrs. Drank lots of water. Have learned how to eat more healthy. Negative: 5 pills every two hours was extremely hard. I even tried opening the pills and adding to the smoothie but it was not tasteful. Limited food choices just because I don’t have a wide palate for variety fruits and vegetables. Tried the different recipes but they didn’t agree with me. Spent a lot of money on the substitution ingredients but it just didn’t agree with me. Even though I needed something drastic to kick start this weight loss journey, I wouldn’t do it again solely because of all the pills. *

The hardest part is taking 30 pills a day. I felt a change in my body immediately with in 24 hrs I felt lighter, living on Veggies and Fruits following the instructions wasn’t difficult at all. My hardest part was exercising after a full day of work, I couldn’t get motivated to go to the gym. I have 6 days left on my 20 day cleanse, I would like to see more weight come off within that time, as of now I was able to get rid of 8 lbs. I’m making a pledge to my self to get back into the gym this week. I’m Going to start the Weight release for 20 days next. *

The product is great. My only issue was the amount if capsules taken at one time. That was overwhelming and I'm not someone that take medicine often so that took some getting used to which I never did lol. Outside of that, the product worked even without changing to a full raw food diet. *

20 days was rough but I made it through and I survived. I lost 14 pounds, will I do again? Not the 20 day. *

The cleanse was a great way to give my body a reboot. I was expecting to lose more weight than I did. I lost 9lbs and was hoping to lose 10-15lbs. *

I love the product. I buy this cleanse a couple of times a year. I was a little disappointed because on my last shipment, my #1 and #2 were short a couple of pills in each. I didn't know until the day before my last day because I couldn't tell there wasn't enough to take 5 pills for both times. *

I really like the way the cleanse made me feel. The hard part was giving up coffee and swallowing all the pills. *

This fast is very straight forward. It is a challenge to stick to the clean (vegan) eating. I recommend this cleanse for serious individuals willing to commit to the journey. *
