During the first week of the lung cleanse there was way less gunk. Mucus wasn’t as thick and I wasn’t hacking it up forever. Breathing felt a bit lighter. Week 2 was the big shift for me. Cough calmed down, mucus got clearer and there was just… even less of it. Walking my dog, I wasn’t wheezing at the first hill, which was new. Overall, my lungs feel cleaner and I’m not clearing my throat all day. I still keep one bottle at my desk because it’s become part of my routine. For lung support and cutting down the mucus, this worked better than I expected. *
